The old adage "You can't out train a bad diet" is true. We'll discuss how you eat, but the word "diet" is banned, as diets do NOT work long term. You'll change habits, one at a time, so you can reach your goals. I teach resistance training - using free weights, bands, suspension training and body weight - at the appropriate level for YOUR specific ability and slowly progress as your strength increases. I also support training outside of sessions, providing workouts to encourage independent training.
