I've been obsessed with training and good food for as long as I can remember, so turning it into a career made sense. I love helping people navigate the huge (and often confusing!) amount of health information out there and figure out what works for them. I take individual goals, habits and lifestyle into account to create sustainable plans to improve health. I always ask "Think about where you want to be in 10 years" and we go from there - step by step - to help you become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.
