About me
I've been obsessed with training and good food for as long as I can remember, so turning it into a career made sense. I love helping people navigate the huge (and often confusing!) amount of health information out there and figure out what works for them. I take individual goals, habits and lifestyle into account to create sustainable plans to improve health. I always ask "Think about where you want to be in 10 years" and we go from there - step by step - to help you become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

The old adage "You can't out train a bad diet" is true. We'll discuss how you eat, but the word "diet" is banned, as diets do NOT work long term. You'll change habits, one at a time, so you can reach your goals. I teach resistance training - using free weights, bands, suspension training and body weight - at the appropriate level for YOUR specific ability and slowly progress as your strength increases. I also support training outside of sessions, providing workouts to encourage independent training. All ages and all abilities are welcome. I'm also fully qualified for pre/post natal training.
